Booking Policy
To schedule your session date and time and receive your pre-session questionnaire please message me at CONTACT. Please include your preferred dates.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please inform me as soon as possible before the scheduled time. If less than one weeks notice of cancellation is given, 100% percent of your total fee will be non-refundable and rescheduling is not possible. If between 7-14 working days notice is given your fee will be refunded minus 10% of your package or you can reschedule. Cancellations over 14 working days are fully refunded.
Rescheduling
You may re-schedule your session on the condition that you give a minimum of 7 working days notice prior to the date of the experience (for a fee of £25), otherwise you will be expected to attend your day at the agreed date and time.
If more than 14 days notice is given you can reschedule for free and £25 for each subsequent re-schedule.
Please note that due to demanding scheduling requirements I am unable to cancel at short notice due to illness or other commitments that you may have.
